The Villa Bella Sole is divided into two floors. As you enter, you notice the architectural beauty of a traditionally furnished space and in combination with our luxurious facilities, the villa offers a relaxing and comfortable stay that will be unforgettable. On the first floor the villa features two bedrooms with double beds, sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, Jacuzzi , kitchen, 1 spacious living and dining , room and fireplace. The second floor has the same traditionally decoration and features 3 bedrooms with double beds configuration, 1 master bathroom and 1 en-suite bathroom in the room, living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The Villa Bella Sole is suitable for up to 11 people.

The outdoor area of the villa offers a swimming pool, garden, sunbeds ,umbrellas and a barbecue area making your stay relaxing and comfortable. There is a free parking area in-site. Damage deposit : For any damage that will cause the guest is obligated to pay due to government tourist law.
Cleaning fee : 50 €
– The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave home appliances and cranes turned on when out of the house.
– The tenant agrees to live in the leased object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to the morning).
– The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
– The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent price and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.
